Der Titel sagt eigendlich alles

Da ganz oben steht ja auch hier neben dem Seiten Titel dieses (Powered by Invision Power Board) darf man das ändern oder wegmachen??

ich glaube im Title darfst du es ändern und wenn nicht dann mach einen Titel der länger ist als 120 zeichen dann sieht man es auch nicht mehr ;)

Den Titel in der Titelzeile im Browser darf man ändern, das einzigste was absolut unberührt bleiben muß, daß ist das untere Copyright am Footer des Forums. Und wenn jemand auch die unteren Copyright Informationen entfernen möchte, so kann man dies über invisionpower.com beantragen gegen einen Unkostenbeitrag.

Interessanterweise gibt's dazu anscheinend unterschiedliche Meinungen bei IPS..!?

Irgendwann meinte dort Maddoktor2 / IPS Coordinator dazu

All that means is that a purchase automagically removes it for you instead of you having to edit it manually.

It's perfectly ok to edit it, but only that one - the bottom copyright you must leave intact unless you purchase removal rights..

You can edit every aspect of your forum as long as the copyright line at the bottom stays intact - ie. Has the correct text and is at the size it is now and in a colour which is readable on the set background.

Feel free to change the logo!

You may remove the "(Powered by Invision Power Board)" text found in the page title without purchasing copyright removal, legally.

You may not remove or modify in any way the copyright found at the bottom of the forums without purchasing the IPB Copyright Removal ($275).

Hoffentlich hab ich Euch jetzt damit nicht verwirrt - ich find's nur interessant..

Ich denke, da wird oft "Copyright I" (im Titel; powered by..) mit "Copyright II" unten durcheinander gebracht..

Also ich halte mich an das (wie Andy schon sagte): "powered by.." entfernen/verändern ok, Copyright unter/bottom/footer no no!

ich weis nur das es vor einiger Zeit mal einen "mod" gab mit dem man das entfernen konnte (oder auch nur ein tut keine ahnung)

Aber die aussagen sind schon verwirrent vielleicht sollte mal jemand der gut englisch kann eine offizielle anfrage darüber starten auf IPS.com!
