This downtime is necessary to upgrade the software which powers our client area and our company web sites. During this time you will not be able to place new orders, submit new tickets via the client area, or submit new tickets via email. Please be sure to place your orders or submit tickets prior to this downtime window. Our staff will be able to answer previously submitted tickets during this time but you may not be able to reply until the sites come back online. Please note this downtime only impacts IPS company sites. If your site is hosted with IPS Hosting it will not be impacted. We apologize for this downtime and will make every effort to keep it as short as possible. The upgraded software will allow us to continue to enhance our support and services.
