Fehler bei Installation

Hallo,

ich bekomme bei der Installation folgenden Fehler:

Klicke ich dann auf den Link zum Refresh bekomm ich folgende Meldung:

Woran kann des liegen? Habs schon mehrmals neu hochgeladen.
