"Perpetual License" to the "Standard License"

Recommended Posts

Am 7 Januar kam von IPS eine Mail

in der ein Angebot verfasst wurde:

Dear loyal IPS customer,

You are receiving this e-mail because our records indicate you have a legacy IP.Board Perpetual License. As you may know, legacy licenses entitle you to indefinite and unlimited IP.Board downloads. They are, however, unable to access our most current remotely hosted services such as the free 5 user version of IP.Chat, the spam monitoring service which queries our expansive database for known spammers upon each registration to your community, the visual skin editor service and more.

We receive frequent inquiries from legacy customers wanting to take advantage of these services. We have and continue to offer a free upgrade to our current license structure which offers access to all of these services, product updates and technical support for only $25 every six months. For a limited time, we are running a legacy customer promotion. Please contact us and we will upgrade your legacy license to our current structure, provide one renewal credit in the amount of $25 and give you your choice of IP.Blog, IP.Gallery or IP.Downloads.

You may take advantage of this offer until 1 Feb 2013. Please contact account assistance to convert your account and let us know which add-on product you would like.

Thank you for your loyal support and ongoing business.
